The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic has introduced a new Women’s Imaging Center as a second location for its state-of-the-art Digital Mammography technology announced John E. Simodejka, Hospital President/Chief Executive Officer.
The Women’s Imaging Center, located at 171 Red Horse Road, Suite 2, Pottsville, (Gordon Nagle Trail – Route 901) is a beautiful facility designed for women offering the same modern equipment found at the hospital. The newly purchased Philips iU22 ultrasound system provides extraordinary levels of clinical imaging Performance. Its intelligent design and revolutionary performance provides our Sonagraphers and Radiologists with quicker and more accurate diagnoses.
For the detection of osteoporosis, the hospital has added a new GE Lunar bone densitometer (more commonly known as a DexaScan) into the services offered at the Women's Imaging Center. R
