Established at the same time as The Pottsville Hospital in
1895, The Pottsville Hospital School of Nursing is an all
commuter program which prepares qualified men and women for
licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Through a cooperative agreement with the Schuylkill Campus
of The Pennsylvania State University, graduates of our program
finish with 30 credits to be used toward a Bachelors of Science
in Nursing at the University.
The school's graduates are the major nurse supply for all
of Schuylkill and a significant part of surrounding communities.
