Home Health Care covers all aspects of in-home health services.

Home Health can bring a variety of specialized services into the home on a part-time, intermittent basis for the acutely ill, terminally ill or convalescing patients of all ages.

Services provided include: skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies,wound care, medical social work, personal care services, in-home IV therapy, 24 hour, 7-days-a-week emergency on call, medical supplies, assistance with arrangements for medical equipment.

Referrals and Cost

Requests for Home Health services can be made by: physicians, hospital and social workers, the patient, family members, friends, neighbors and other agencies.

When eligible, services are covered by most insurance providers.
