Ultra-modern facilities and a well experienced staff, The
Birthplace has become the choice for women's care in Schuylkill
County.This 12 bed unit provides care to low-risk obstetrical
patients and level I nursery.
The unit offers all tastefully decorated private rooms and
private baths, a c-section suite within the unit as well as
other amenities such as upscale dining menus, whirlpool bath,
free cable television and local telephone service and more.

Classes are held evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the Multi-Purpose
room of the School of Nursing Building. Please note Sibling
Class #7 is held on Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 PM in the Medical
Conference Room B. CPR is held at 6:00 PM in the Multi-Purpose
Room.
All Classes, except CPR Class (#8), are free
to moms delivering at The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic.
